Refund Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Webtor.io ("we," "our," or "us") offers optional paid subscription plans that unlock premium features of our browser-based streaming and cloud service. Subscription payments are collected and processed by our third-party payment provider. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you can evaluate the paid features before any charge is made. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account with our payment provider. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access to the paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time after cancellation.
3. Refunds
Because payments are handled by our payment provider, refunds are requested and issued through that provider, subject to its process and to applicable consumer-protection law. To request a refund, either:
- submit the request from your account with the payment provider used for the purchase; or
- contact us via our support page and we will direct your request to the payment provider.
Refund requests are generally considered within 14 days of a charge. After that period, charges for a billing period already in progress are non-refundable except where required by law, because access to the digital service is provided continuously.
4. Charges we always help resolve
Accidental or duplicate charges, and any charge where the paid features were not delivered, will be resolved and refunded regardless of the period above. Please contact [email protected] and we will work with the payment provider to correct it.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal (for example, the EU/UK cooling-off period). Where digital content is supplied immediately with your consent, the statutory withdrawal period may not apply; where it has not been waived, your statutory rights continue to apply.
6. Contact
For any question about billing, cancellation, or refunds, contact us at [email protected] or through our support page.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
